Welcome to life at Portsmouth Apartments!!! Where to even start....The water is consistently absolutely disgusting. ( more on that later) My air conditioning has not worked since last Saturday. I reported and at that time the young lady told me someone would be out in 24 to 48 hours. I clarified if that was from the time I was making a call, she told me "yes". Nice and beautiful place to live! It's close to everything! Entertainment, restaurants, and peace! Oh and let's not forget about Walled Lake which is literally right around the bend!
This a really nice apartment complex. Maintenance requests are always completed on time. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is the best thing. Really like the pond view.
With a heavy heart I just turned in my notice to move out of Portsmouth and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Maintenance requests always were completed on time when they said they would, the office staff has always been helpful and friendly, and the view of the ponds around the landscaping were well maintained and always a pleasure to look at! I would be staying if I did not need to shorten my commute and more apartment space from my current one bedroom. Congrats to whoever gets my apartment!! Thanks Ports... read more
