RecommendedPortsmouth is a beautiful apartment complex with wonderful, attentive staff! I lived there years ago when I lived in Novi and recently I was fortunate enough to appear as their mermaid at their annual pool party. It was a wonderful experience! I would recommend Portsmouth in a heartbeat!
Beautiful apartments, great view, close to freeway. Love the washer and dryer are in each apartment. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definatly recommend them.
I cannot recommend Edward Rose, and particularly Portsmouth, enough. Edward Rose is a great company with affordable, clean, nice, safe apartments. The response times for maintenance is super fast and all of the staff is super nice. However, Mindy in the office deserves special recognition for being absolutely hard-working, caring, and dedicated to making sure that your needs are met. She basically solves my problems for me. Upper management be aware, Mindy deserves a raise.
Love the apartments! The location is perfect, close to I-96 and M-5. There is a Kroger right down the road. 12 Oak Mall is like a ten minute drive away. Rebecca, my leasing agent was so helpful answering all my questions. Really loved that all the apartments have a view of the ponds and have a washer dryer in the apartment. Can't wait to use the pool at the club house!
