She was genuine, personable and professional. Sadly, the Portsmouth, had no current openings. However, Victoria explained the process of applying to Edward Rose Properties, which helped us secure an apartment with a sister property. Have been extremely concerned about the safety of the water for way too long and it’s only gotten worse . I have children and with allergy and skin conditions it seems to be a struggle to find out the real issue with the water here !
Really enjoyed living at Portsmouth. The staff was always friendly and maintenance usually was very prompt. Will miss all the turtles we saw in the pond behind our apartment :)
Love it here! Beautiful area. Property is well maintained and grounds consistently manicured. Staff is very friendly and professional, and any maintenance concerns are addressed swiftly!
A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. This community is extremely beautiful, and a peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like Im at a resort. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.
Staff very friendly, apartments very nice!
We first moved here to Portsmouth apparments in July, me and my wife. We love all the staff that helped us with our move, Rebecca helped us with the process of our transfer from Stone Ridge appartments and portsmouth made the process very smooth which we loved. All of the appliances were new and our view is amazing. The building complex is always very clean and they are very fast of coming and fixing an issue, usually they come the same day. Id recommend Portsmouth to anyone.
