Portsmouth Review My apartment is beautiful and I enjoy living here. The location is great and convenient to most things. The downside is deal with the personnel in the leasing office. There is constant turnover and the personnel react like it's their first time getting a call. The maintenance staff is also not allowed in my apartment without me being present. They have damaged personal items and left areas of my apartment a mess after making repairs. I reported this to the leasing office and after escalating to management, ... read more
Portsmouth apartments This is the best apartment that I have ever livid in. I like the view and the fact that each building has its own pond . Water and heat its included in the rent witch is a plus .

A splendid place to live! Excellent Apartment complex, I have lived here for a year and a half. I would highly recommend this to other seekers of apartments. Cons: 1.) In my location, if you get back to your apartment late at night, good luck finding a parking spot close. I wouldn't say you have to park a 1/2 mile away, but maybe the next apartment complex over. 2.) Bottom floor apartment is not the best if there are kids or noisy neighbors above you. Between the suburbs and the beach have been living at the Portsmouth Apartments in Novi since 2011, and still absolutely love it here. Besides living within walking distance of the mini down town area, where you can sun bath at the the beach, go paddle boarding, get Ice cream or a number of other summer fun activities, the apartments themselves are spacious, well build and wonderfully managed.
