I called and they gave me tips (something I needed advice on) and came the next day - promptly and fixed the issue for a reasonable price!
Polestar helped me out multiple times both on purchasing and selling houses. The people are polite and punctual. They do a good job of explaining processes in terms you can understand. Had a tank less water heater installed this week. While there were challenges due to the configuration of my basement area, the technicians made the necessary adjustments and completed the project even though it took longer than they anticipated. I am thrilled with their professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend Polestar to anyone needing water heater expertise.
Called at 830 am Brian Fink was here by 9 and capped a broken line to a outdoor faucet. I am up and running again. Excellent service. Now how about letting him grow that beard back out :-)
