I had an air conditioner die on me Friday night. It is an older air conditioner, so I was worried for the worst. I called up Polestar and Scott came out, was really nice and diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had me up and running in a couple hours. That is even after having to go get the parts to fix my issue. I know I'll have to get a new unit soon, and I will be calling Polestar when I do.
