thear guys ripped my elderly mother off . I installed brand new garbage disposal had to finish hooking the plastic piping up next weekend. these bums come in replace a brand new one with there brand new one said that a penny had fallen inside of it impossible. then took off with the one I bought and try using it for there advantage. until I called them out on it. of course they threw a penny inside it and the garbage disposal is 100% fine.. SCAMMERS!

I have sent you message and no response. I have called your company and no response. Your company never held up your side of the deal. Your installer never connected my air conditioner and had to come back and connect it. I dont know how you stay in business if this is the way you conduct business. i spent $16.000 with you and have been neglected on all counts. 5/5 for Polestar! Danny and Angelica answered my questions and scheduled my same day service. Doug Norman, the HVAC pro came within hours and immediately fixed my issue. My home's temperature is much more comfortable and the air circulation is greatly improved. He also helped me find information that will allow me to obtain a 10-year warranty on my new HVAC unit. Doug was friendly, professional, interested, and allowed me all the time I needed to ask questions. What a nice man! I'm so pleased to have found Polestar!
He was great. checked the air conditioner. Explained our plumbing problem in detail and was very nice! Great job!
Customer service is the best. Chris came today to check the water line to my ice maker. He located the problem and was able to put me in contact with a refrigerator repair service. I have always had great service from this company from and new furnace and AC and sump pump.
Everyone I felt with was very nice.
