Worst experience ever! Do not hire these guys!!Danny the field supervisor is absolutely horrible. He misdiagnosed the problem on a Wednesday, and then instead of just admitting to the error and giving us a new estimate he kept arguing with us and his crew that at any moment the pipe was going to turn and go out the front of the house. The technician was a very helpful guy, telling me everything he was going to do and took his time. This company did the installation of our units and does the service.
I needed my kitchen faucet repaired. It had been leaking a very long time, and I had been putting it off because of a ridiculously high repair quote from another well-known company. Polestar worked me into their schedule quickly, and charged nearly half the price of the previous estimate. Anthony was polite and did the repair quickly. Polestar Plumbing gets 5 stars from me!
