They don't take the steps necessary to make sure a clients needs are fully met before quoting an unnecessary repair for tens of thousands of dollars. They did this during the COVID-19 pandemic to an elderly woman who just needed her pipes cleared. DO NOT work for them, don't hire them. They are the scum they refuse to remove from your pipelines!
Their contractor is a liar! $$$$$ scam.
RecommendedI called first thing in the morning about my sump pump. Had a return call and a man scheduled for same day service within 1 hour. He explained the process over the phone it was going to be a 29. Dollar estimate however that will go toward the repair if you choose to use them.

My furnace quit working and Larry from Polestar came out. He was great! Installed some stuff and the heat came back on. Highly recommend! Larry knows his stuff and is thoroughly competent!
Had my garbage disposal replaced, service tech didn't remove the drain tab for the dishwasher, caused over $5,000 worth of damage. Flooded our kitchen! Refused to fix anything. Terrible company!
