Very efficient service, arrived within 2 hours of calling during a snow storm.
Larry was very knowledgeable and efficient
The staff was very efficient at cleaning out our clogged kitchen sink although they left a bit of a mess behind. There were splatter marks all around the sink I had to go back and clean up.

First I would like to say anyone who has a dry house should look into a steam humidifier I have a old home in Hyde park lots of wood After the excellent service from the polestar Technicians this old hose is comfortable again Thanks again

We had an excellent experience with this company installing our humidifier. The guy who set up my appointment was knowledgeable and friendly. My technician Larry Teroy was friendly, polite, and answered all my questions. He found some other potential issues that might arise with my unit and went over ways to mitigate them. It was clear this guy is one of the best in the business. We won’t use anyone but Polestar in the future, and will ask for Larry!
