It is very expensive. The technician told me they will come in Monday morning but later on, they called me and said I didn’t schedule an appointment. They have good follow up after the estimate/inspection but no follow up after the actual repair.
RecommendedPaul was very good at what he did. He diagnosed the problem then fixed it. He even didn’t mind my puppy under his feet!

Polestar has been great to work with! The people are prompt and extremely professional, while getting the job done in a timely manner. We lost our AC and our furnace in the last year and a half and Polestar was on it as soon as we reached out.
