Larry was our tech and he was fantastic! I had done some pre-diagnosis of the problem but he was thorough in checking what I had not. Would not use, they are unprofessional. I would highly recommend another plumber
I would give them zero stars if possible. My family members ac unit has broke twice in 5 years. When. She called to obtain the warranty information, they gave her the run around for over a week. Never provided the information so they don’t have to fix their mistakes. RUN!!! Do not use this company!

Always professional and they let me know what my issue is, whether plumbing or HVAC, and the cost. Loni was here today and gave my AC the once over. Did an awesome job. Emailed me a check list so I have a record of what was done. Very thorough. Would definitely recommend Polestar.
