Larry, my tech from Polestar heating and air conditioning is very knowledgeable and kind. He was on time, called ahead, did a thorough check of my furnace, humidifier and Merv 16 air filter, . He took time to explain to me how my humidifier should be set with my heat running for optimum performance. I would highly recommend Larry at Polestar for any heating and cooling system problems!
All the guys did is try to sell me stuff that I don’t need. Didn’t actually service anything. I got the free plumbing inspection...same thing. Rip off artists!
Very informative. Furnace statistics are tracked and shared with the customer. Warranty issues are promptly addressed. We have been doing business with Polestar for years and have been very satisfied.
Larry came in, took out the broken part and replaced it with the new one. He explained everything to us and was kind/considerate. When he came out last yr to help with our AC he went above and beyond what was needed to help by cutting back some debris that was in the way.
5 stars for sure Explained everything to me and very friendly and knowledgeable about heating and a/c equipment
