RecommendedIt took 2 technicians, Jean and Chris, and they were phenomenal. I have 2 kids under 2 and it was imperative to get my heat working again. After it was all said and done, there was a pressure switch ( I think) that was stuck open most likely from the high winds yesterday. Chris cleaned it out and fixed the problem. They only charged me the diagnostic fee which I thought was amazing. Most companies would take advantage of this mamma especially with having to send out 2 technicians. So thankful and highly recommend.
