RecommendedEric Repsher came to our condo to perform a heating and a/c maintenance inspection. He was on time and wore booties over his shoes to keep our carpets clean. He performed a very thorough inspection and clearly explained repairs that he recommended as well as the cost to completely replace our 13 year old system. He was very knowledgeable and was easy to understand. We would recommend One Hour Aior Conditioning & Heating.

They are prompt to answer your call; phone ahead before arriving. Zach was our tech and he was very thorough in first checking our thermostat (our batteries were weak!!); then checked out our heat pump to be sure it was working properly. He was very efficient, courteous and even put on booties as to not soil our floors. I would recommend Pitzer's to my friends and especially our tech, Zach.
