First have your sales people fully inform your customers what it is they really need to make the system they are buying will do the job it is to do. I bought a system and after the fact found out it was the wrong set up. I have had 9 or 10 tech. out to my house in less than a year and each one has tried to sell me something new for my new system. When bought the new system a year ago it cost $16000. It has never cooled the house below 80 degrees. When they send out a tech (9 times now) they all say that the duct work is too small. They want over $1500 to update it. When you buy a new system I thought that they would install it properly. I would never recommend this company.

We purchased a service plan several years ago with Pitzer’s. It has been worth every penny. This time when Dustin came out to service, he discovered why our breaker was kicking off several times a month, and the company replaced our breaker with a higher voltage switch! What a blessing! Thank you, Dustin, for caring enough to find a real resolution!
