I have been dealing with them on 1 problem for over 2 years with no resolved. They keep sending out different people who promise to find an answer, and then we hear nothing from them. My husband called on Monday they said a manager would come to my home on Wednesday. 2 gentleman showed up embarrassed not knowing the job they were there for. On time very courteous and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
I called for my furnace to be serviced on Thursday and was given a call time of 5pm-midnight. No one called me or showed up. When I called the customer service line, the rep told me the service was performed and the ticket closed. When I questioned further I was told “that’s what the tech reported”. I cannot recommend a service That will no call and no show and claim They did.
