Professional service, prompt and knowledgeable
Dustin did an excellent job servicing the central air unit at my house. Was prompt and polite but more important kept me informed about what he found, what he did, and what needed to be done. I highly recommend pitzer one hour ac service. At this moment its 110 outside but so kool inside.

When I call with a problem they usually come within 2 hours or less. The technician explains what the problem was and how he fixed it. The technicians are always polite.

I am impressed with the service we received recently from Pitzers one hour. It is stressful coming home to a hot house in Arizona let alone imagining what this is going to cost and I was relieved after our technician left our home. The tech that came out was named Zach he was professional courteous and friendly.
