RecommendedOur AC went out around 530 p.m. Called the 24 hour line and told a technician would be here between 6 p.m. and midnight. Our technician arrived around 730 p.m. He made quick friends with our dogs and our little, diagnosed and fixed the AC within 20 minutes! Zachary Willette is a friendly, efficient and great face for PITZER ONE HOUR! His customer service is TOP NOTCH! He answered my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. He has great customer service skills!!!!😀

The receptionist was very professional. I was notified 45 minutes in advance. The technician, Zachary, was quick to fix the problem. My mother is very happy and cooling off now.
Jason was out first thing in the morning to check our air conditioner. The condenser was out he fixed it lickety-split. Great customer service!
