DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First they tried to charge me $89 just to come out. I decined it over the phone. Then they called back offering to waive the fee since I'd never used their services before. I agreed. They got their quick and left fairly quick. The man didn't quote me, he just made the repair without asking. After telling me my unit was 22 years old, he chose to replace the capacitor, which he charged me $318 for after the "hero's discount". Turns out it was a $15 part. Need to compliment Eric Evans and Dominic Blanchard f or great service. The AC unit was not acting up when Eric arrived, but he did find a very loose wire that we hoped would fix the situation. After several days, the unit started acting up again. Dominic Blanchard spent 5 long hours diagnosing the problem,refusing give up even with my misleading observations. They came through for us when we needed it the most regarding getting our AC fixed. But it was the tech they sent, Darrell, who deserves the real credit. He was courteous and friendly and told us he wouldn't leave until our AC was fixed. And he was true to his word even though he was at our house until 7:00 PM! Thanks Darrell for going the extra mile. Knowledgeable Technicians - rapid job accomplishment
I called them out for an estimate on fixing my heater. I called back the next three days asking about the estimate and was hung up on 3 times and told by another clerk he was too busy to deal with me that day and to call back tomorrow. I am not sure why other customers were more important. Then I went to turn on my AC and he had left something disconnected so my whole AC unit was dead. They kept trying to sell me a service plan...yeah maybe but not through them...ever!

We also listened to the call from the call center where you asked some questions concerning parts for your ten-year-old system.
