Jonathan was very direct , polite and a great salesperson. Yes his advice made sense want to keep things in shape so I followed his progressive advice and added a few updates to my current unit. He's definitely one to keep on your staff. Look forward to our new filter arriving soon too,

Jim arrived on time and was friendly and easy to talk to. He serviced our heat pump, then told us the bad news. We need quite a bit of work to make our unit run efficiently, so Jim explained everything and gave us prices for our problem areas. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to push us to get all of the problems fixed right away even though we should get them done soon. We decided to get part of it done next week. Stephen came to do our air conditioner spring checkup. He showed up within the time frame we were told, and was extremely friendly and helpful. He checked the system and found a loose area on one of the ducts and secured it. He was very knowledgeable of his job, and also let us know of any other things we may want to consider installing at some time, but did not try to pressure us into anything, only gave information on what was available and what it would do for us. The air tank above my water heater was leaking. Mikal said it wasn't put on a bracket to hold it's weight and it wasn't really necessary to have it. He took it off and rejoined the parts. Drained the water heater and cleaned everything up . He was very professional and pleasant to have in my home. I wish he could have done all the work I had done 2 years ago. It was okay but I feel over done. You are lucky to have such a exceptional employee..

When I spoke with the dispatcher, Laurie, she was both friendly and accommodating to our schedule. The plumber, George, was quick yet thorough. He let us know what he was doing every step of the way, and gave us some very helpful information about adding to our existing household plumbing. He was knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and provided great service!

This is not our first experience with Tony's work...we had him after our new unit was installed. It turned our the unit was partially wired wrong and Tony had to rewire it completely. What a joy as it was mid-summer. We just had our first check on our insurance contract and some questions answered. Wonderful service and a truly pleasant experience. Lyonal & Dora Reed
Eliel is the best tech. When he came out he knew exactly what the problem was with the wiring and fixed it. He ran all new wiring. All the other tech's said they couldn't do it. Eliel also explained everything to us so we understood. He went out of his way to help us. Very polite, put coverage on his shoes every time he came in the house.
