Allen was prompt and professional. I was impressed with the incredible customer service and follow up. I've used Pitzer for years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. They are on time, professional, and extremely thorough. Allen explained everything as he went along and I appreciated that. You guys are the best!

Very good service. the tech guy was great and made it easy to understand the problem .
Your employees are wonderful. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the most with what he had to work with. Because of a fan, our AC had to be turned off on a Friday afternoon. And, because of the parts house the company chooses to use, we did not have air until Monday morning. Needless to say, we had a miserable weekend. We are thankful that our very young great grandchildren did not suffer any ill effects. You would think that we could have stayed in a hotel. Hi Susan! Thanks for the kind words about our technicians. I just looked in the computer and see that the blower wheel, also known as a squirrel cage, blew apart. That is definitely an oddity and not something we normally stock on our trucks. I am so sorry that this happened to you. We do have loaner AC units that will cool an average sized room, not sure why you were not offered one. Hopefully this will not ever happen again. We do appreciate your business.

Hello Sharlene. I am really surprised to see this review. I spoke to Mark and he also was surprised. He shared that what he remembers (he was at your house over 2 months ago) that you had a nice visit sitting on your back porch while the water heater drained. He remembered you as a very friendly person and thought you guys got along wonderfully. First of all the customer service is exemplary! From the dispatchers in the office, the salesman Adam, to Jim,Todd, Mario and Kevin, the technicians. Yes. I had all these guys out to my house and they all were great and knowledgable. They were all mindful of the inside of my home as well as the unit on the roof. They made a very stressful situation much easier to bear. I hope I won't need them for a very long time, but I know if I do, they are there for me. Pitcher can be very proud to have these employees.

We were in kind of a bind and Eric was so nice to get us up and running. However we do need a new air conditioner, but will have to wait a while. Will call them when we can get it done.
