We had Pitzer's come out after hours and Jim was awesome. He was courteous, fast and super knowledgeable. I would greatly recommend them to my community. I am seriously considering purchasing their service plan for my heating and airconditioner units.
Steve M HVAC tech, did a great job, he answered all of my many questions. Steve went over all the charges and explained which parts were critical, which parts he recommended and which parts had some life left in it and gave me an approximate life expectancy. Steve was very professional and my unit is providing quiet and efficient service. GREAT JOB STEVE M

Jim came out today for. Our checkup he was very sweet and also self sufficient. I asked him questions and he didn't get mad. He seems to be a caring person and great at his job.

Jim the Tech Guy did a friendly and professional job on the Air/Heating spring system checkup, he cleaned the permanent cold air duct air filter and re installed and corrected a failing component problem, outstanding work. Robert L. Wolfe
