Mark is an excellent tech and explains everything clearly. Laurie is always helpful on the phone and doesn't let any situation fluster her.
We love our tech, Stephen Caldwell. He's right on. Now that the swamp cooler is closed and the furnace is ready, we will miss him until next Spring. Don't let this one go, he's a keeper.

Phil T and Alfonzo came out to install a Polarized Media Electronic Air Cleaner and they were very professional and friendly and explained how it worked and how to change out the filter when necessary. I was very happy with the service and friendliness of both gentlemen.
The service tech, Todd was professional and helpful in solving my condensation drainage problem which he completed in a timely/efficient manner. Todd also thoroughly discussed all my service plan options (which I try to do annually) and I felt confident that I chose the best plan to suit MY needs. This is why I return to Pitzer One Hour Air Conditioning Service over and over---thanks, Todd!
Pitzer's came to the house today and serviced the year old AC they installed last year. Something was wrong inside, a part went bad. He explained all about the part and what was going on up there to make it so the AC would run good for us anyway. He replaced the part that was under warranty. He told us about dirt that was up there where it shouldn't be. He took pictures to show us. It was getting through our filters. Brandon B he did the maintenance on water heater and address the problems I has having with odor in the bathroom. Identified two faucets that were leaking and repaired both. Checked all faucets after draining water heater and cleaned out the screens. Brandon was through, friendly and paid attention to his work. Highly Satisfied.
