What a great company our serviceman Eric Evans came out to do regular service on our unit. we were having trouble with the heating part of the unit and Eric found the problem in short order and the job was done in no time. No more cold mornings and moving the heater around. Thanks Eric, and Pitzers

We were very satisfied, with the service, and Frank, who came out, checked the unit, and explained everything to us!
We have used One Hour many times, and they never disappoint! When our heater wouldn't work, Eric came and promptly red tagged it. We purchased a new system and installation would be done the very next day..imagine that! Ralph and Mario arrived on time to install our new system. They were very courteous, and efficient. Chris K has been a life saver at our vacation house several times and this time was no different. I arrived on New Years Eve day only to discover that my furnace would not start. After fighting with it for over an hour I called Pitzer's and asked for Chris and he was out that evening after his last scheduled service call and was able to get us up and running with heat during a very cold spell. He went past the call of duty and saw to it that we were well cared for Thank You Chris .
