Even though he sold the company in 1979, the name Pitzer was well known in the town we were founded in, Lake Havasu City, AZ. In 2004, the previous owners purchased a One Hour Air Conditioning franchise. The franchise allows existing HVAC companies to co-brand thier franchise, hence; Pitzer's One Hour Air Conditioning.
