Excellent Service! Came home to no A/C - and within an hour Tom arrived and found the problem(s) and it was up and running in no time. Tom was knowledgeable, courteous, and kindly answered my many questions about my aging A/C unit. I appreciate the excellent service and will recommend to others.

Just a quick note to express my appreciation to Cory G. for his courteous and speedy assistance on a Saturday when we had no water due to a leaking pipe. He saved my ceiling, my nerves and my day!!! He did it all with a smile. Also, I think who ever had the idea to put those new ladders in all the trucks was a genius! I have a very tall garage ceiling and needed that type of ladder....or I would have had to wait until Monday with no water. Great thinking and a true investment!
Tom is a GREAT guy and very helpful. Would defiantly recommend to anybody who needs repairs or help. It was a pleasure to have met him. You have a great employee. :)

Right now have been waiting since yesterday, called an they said they had emergency call out for elderly subject.. I understand but do you have more then one technician working.. the tech who called me yesterday to cancel because of the weather said he would be here 1st thing this morning... well it's now 1pm...hopefully I can redo my review when I get the service.
The Heat Pump motor broke down just about the time I needed my A/C. Tanya is such a pro! She dispatched Tom to fix it.. We had cool air in no time! Mark visited the same week to assess the plumbing and found we needed a new water heater, as well. Fred installed a new one for me the next day. Now I have cool air and hot water. Tom, Mark, Fred and Tanya are really knowledgeable, proficient, friendly and courteous. I will recommend your company any time! Thanks Everybody!

Have been dealing with this company for years, I find it to be excellent to deal with. For the last few year have dealt with the same technician,Stephen Caldwell, he is knowledgeable, friendly and always a pleasure to deal with.
This company has consistently come to our rescue when our heating or A/C has stopped working. This past Memorial Day Weekend, Chris K. was at our house the next day (or maybe it was even the same day) by 9:00am & had the problem fixed within the hour. Thank you One Hour!!!!!!! Brenda Y
