I used Pitzer's One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating for my summer Checkup and again for my winter checkup. I am very happy and satisfied with my technician Jim F. I had no problems just regular maintenance but he made some suggestions that I could do that would help and be energy efficient also one that would be help keep my unit safe. Jim came to check out our furnace which wasn't forking. He was very through and completely checked the inside of our gas furnace. He got it going and then explained to us the different filters that would do a better job of filtering the air than the one that we were using.
Mario and Ralph did an excellent job of installing my new unit. It was a very cramped space to work in as well as a very old unit to remove.
I would avoid this company in Lake Havasu. Told me something was broken when it wasn't. Tried to sell me something I didn't need. Paid $75 for nothing. Didn't reseal the hole they opened in the vent. They should of refunded the money and fixed the hole.

Chris K. performed maintenance service efficiently and professionally. He informed us of things we could do to improve air quality and make our unit more efficient however we may not be able to afford them. They are very high priced and we are retired on fixed incomes.

I had my problem start on a Sunday, I had so much trouble with my one toilet backing up in my shower, It took a couple of visits but John was determined to get it right, Now I am very happy everything is fixed and John with Paul solved the problem. First class operation. One Hour answered the phone on the first ring with a very pleasant and helpful customer service person. She did what she said and sent a tech to our home on Saturday night at 9:00pm. John was efficient, kind and got the job done in less than an hour. Saved us from a hot night-we love our new A/C company-thank you. Rave reviews from start to finish
