Dr. To has taken the time to explain every step of the process, from diagnosis, to surgery, to resuts, and to post surgery follow ups.
My issue turned out to be an easy diagnosis for a wound to a finger. He answered about 6 questions I had, not all related to the injury. I was very impressed.
I waited 30 minutes and then saw his PA (I think). Never actually met him so not sure if I would recommend going to him or not. The PA and the nurse were great and I was in and out in no time once I got back there. Overall not a terrible experience but also not the best.
Dr. To is very friendly and an excellent diagnostic doctor. I have seen him many times and he has always helped me. He has an excellent bedside manner.
Dr. To was kind, professional and provided me with treatment options that I could understand. I appreciate his willingness to work with me towards a comfortable solution.
My visit was quick and just fine, but I was in the waiting room while my husband was seen and watched a patient wait three hours to be seen.
Nice guy very knowledgeable and straightforward
The appointment was prompt. There were multiple layers of contact to insure me that I was getting proper attention and care. The room was clean and neat and the personnel were very professional.
