I pride myself on being honest and listening to the patient. Too often physicians do not listen to their patients. Istriveevery day to be a better listener and physician. Also, I treat everyone based on the principle "to do no harm". I think of my patients as a family members andtreat them asI would want my loved ones treated. Moreover, Ibelievethe patient should bea keyplayer in deciding the treatment plan. Medicine is a team effort that needs clear communication. Most importantly, I will always be available for my patients... read more

I’m 6 weeks post LRTI surgery and saw Dr To for follow-up. Dr To is an excellent surgeon and is very honest and direct about expectations. If you like a doctor who pulls no punches and tells it like it is without holding back, then Dr To is your guy. I, for one, appreciate his abilities and his style.
It took some time to see Dr. To, I had to ask the receptionist to follow up as to how much longer it should take before I would be able to see him. I waited over an hour, however I was 30 minutes early. Communication with the patients in the lobby should be important. All in all once I got to see the Dr. it took 10 minutes.
Dr. To was very helpful in explaining the procedures to which will help with my condition I will be going back to have the procedure done in April of this year Office staff was very polite and helpful
My appointment was to meet the Doctor and review my medical condition with my hands. He was very professional and friendly. For a first time visit he put me at ease. He evaluated my condition and recommended a treatment plan.
Dr To is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills in explaining the problem and the treatment options.
On time. Efficient. Speedy x-ray and follow-up. Best experience in a busy clinic.
I know Dr. To is a competent doctor but he was very rushed and didn’t want to entertain my questions.
Dr. To has always been very pleasant, informative, and professional. I had a few appointments regarding thumb arthritis and he has always made sure all my questions were answered and explained all procedures to me that would or could help. I would highly recommend.
Dr. To. His bedside manner is horrible. I broke my wrist and can’t move my fingers. He determined that I have CRPS. He yelled and told me I was mental; it was all in my head and that I would never move my hand again. He kept telling me to move my fingers. I tried to explain how bad my hand/fingers hurt and he yelled that he didn’t want to hear it. This happened at all three of my visits. His actions have left me demoralized with not much hope. Physical Therapy has offered positivity. This condition has been hard enough to go... read more
