Dr.To was upbeat, cheerful and helpful. He gave me cortisone Shot in a joint in my hand. He manages to do the painful deed less painfully than I have ever experienced!
He is to the point. Answers my questions. Will explain more if needed and gets you in and out while feeling taken care of.
