DR told me what I needed to know.
Very quick once he came into the room.
This man is the most kind, caring considerate person and doctor I have had the pleasure of interacting with. He takes his time listens to what you have to say, explains all your options. Staff is wonderful, friendly and efficient, office was clean and bright. My wait was less than five minutes after check-in before I was taken back to a room. If you have hand issue this is the doctor to see!
I hadn’t had a decent night of sleep for years because of carpal tunnel pain. Holding cups was becoming a problem. Typing sent shock waves from my hands to my elbows. Dr. To fixed all that. He did surgery on both of my hands at once. The whole thing was much easier than I had expected, and for the past two weeks I’ve been able to sleep. He’s friendly and clearly very good with the procedure. Life already is markably better, and I expect to be fully recovered in weeks or months. Two painless thumbs up.
He had reviewed my physical hand issues and MRI carefully before he came in the exam room. Very impressed by him.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:45am today, July 17th. They called me in 20 mins passed my appointment time and I waited another 30 mins in the exam room. He still didn’t come in so I left. This Dr has zero respect for other people’s time.
Look no further....Dr. To is wonderful. He is kind and quick and knowledgeable! I am so grateful to have found him. The office staff is also very nice and friendly. They are efficient and I really appreciate a well run office!
Dr. To is amazing. He’s kind, patient, gentle and brilliant. I never leave with unanswered questions. He’s done 3 surgeries on my hands and if I ever need another, I will definitely see him!
