Dr To has a good clear style of communication- answers all questions with a pleasant manner. Eye to eye and a good professional demeanor but personable.
Dr. To is one of the kindest, most considerate doctors I have ever met. He is so concerned for your well-being and comfort during treatment and the results you experience afterward.
Two visits and two great experiences!
Doctor was very efficient and capable. The wait time to get in the exam room was longer than expected and the office appeared to have booked multiple patients at the same time so I had to wait in the exam room also.

While Dr. To's staff (from the receptionist to the nurse to the x-ray technician) expressed empathy and provided excellent customer / patient service, Dr. To himself was not all that empathetic to my physical pain and my limited mobility. In my experience, Dr. To's diagnosis was not thorough nor was he directive in my recovery.Basically, it was a matter of.....Me: 'Doctor, it hurts when I do this'.Dr.: 'So don't do that'.
I have been seeing Dr. To for possible carpal tunnel surgery. After recent symptoms, I went to talk with him and he and I agreed that symptoms are not CT. He did not push surgery and only recommended f/u if symptoms worsened. It was great to have a physician who listened and was not ego driven. He’s the best.
Dr To answered all my Questions and made me feel comfortable during my visit. He made it easier for me to make my decision and I know what to expect. I highly recommend Dr To.
Dr. To is a fantastic doctor who I find to be exceptionally personable and professional. He always treats his patients with care and patience. I appreciate how well he explains things and his cheerful disposition. Five out of five stars!
