While Dr. To's staff (from the receptionist to the nurse to the x-ray technician) expressed empathy and provided excellent customer / patient service, Dr. To himself was not all that empathetic to my physical pain and my limited mobility. In my experience, Dr. To's diagnosis was not thorough nor was he directive in my recovery.Basically, it was a matter of.....Me: 'Doctor, it hurts when I do this'.Dr.: 'So don't do that'.
I have been seeing Dr. To for possible carpal tunnel surgery. After recent symptoms, I went to talk with him and he and I agreed that symptoms are not CT. He did not push surgery and only recommended f/u if symptoms worsened. It was great to have a physician who listened and was not ego driven. He’s the best.
Dr To answered all my Questions and made me feel comfortable during my visit. He made it easier for me to make my decision and I know what to expect. I highly recommend Dr To.

I had hand surgery early in 2023 for carpal tunnel and arthritis in my thumb. Before that, I had seenDr. To several times and he correctly diagnosed my problem but gave me several options. Always upbeat, he was thorough, explained everything very well and took the time to listen to my many questions. After a time, I finally chose surgery. He listened to, and fully answered all of my questions, give me an honest and transparent assessment of the long-term prospects for full recovery, then performed a very successful surgical procedure, which has much improved my quality of life. Would highly recommend him.
I saw Dr. To for the first time because my husband recommended him. I found him to be very thorough and good at explaining issues. He was also very friendly.
Nice facility and quick check in including support functions ( XRAY in my case).Dr To was nice and straight to the point providing good enough info to decide the next course of action.
