I pride myself on being honest and listening to the patient. Too often physicians do not listen to their patients. Istriveevery day to be a better listener and physician. Also, I treat everyone based on the principle "to do no harm". I think of my patients as a family members andtreat them asI would want my loved ones treated. Moreover, Ibelievethe patient should bea keyplayer in deciding the treatment plan. Medicine is a team effort that needs clear communication. Most importantly, I will always be available for my patients... read more

What an arrogant young doctor!! He has to learn to LISTEN to his patient. I was cut off with every sentence!! He apparently did not like that I was trying to explain my problem and he was not interested. He appeared to be in a rush and I was not a patient that he was going to do a (surgical) procedure on. My husband, who has practiced medicine for 45 years was appalled by his attitude.

Dr. To is professional, pleasant and thorough. He took all time necessary to thoroughly explain options, probable outcomes and answered all questions asked. I couldn't have expected more and as a result, was completely comfortable with the choice that I had made.
I was finished in 10 minutes including a steroid injection. I'm warned of possible discomfort and when to expect relief
He is very knowledgeable and sympathetic. It's obvious he cares about his patients.
It was clear that Doctor To was very busy, seems a few people showed up on the wrong day. When he heard my predicament about my husband's car breaking down and how I needed to leave he made it a point to see me very quickly. I believe all of my problems with my thumb are almost over.
Dr. To was very knowledgeable and skillful. He quickly diagnosed the torn tendon in my hand and scheduled surgery. The surgery was a great success.
Fastest office visit I ever had, but not complaining. He came in, gave me an injection for my 'Trigger finger' and was outta there. Two Minutes MAX. No need for him to stay longer. I was an hr late seeing him as I had to fill out unnecessary med history info upon arrival. I don't understand why you need shoe size and lots of other useless info just to treat a Trigger finger!
Very professional and friendly staff. Dr To took time to understand the problems I have had, review the XRay and make me feel like he really cared. Also apologized about the wait (NBD) as he had been delayed in a surgical procedure. Thanks Dr To!
