Met all my expectations
I saw the NP, but she was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Dr. To Seems really caring. He explained the process very well.
I always feel comfortable visiting Dr to because he is always spot on about what is wrong. Plus, he is very kind.
Doctor To was fine. My wait in the waiting room was longer than the length of my visit. He identified what I had fairly quickly and unfortunately no cure. Surgery an option but he wouldn't recommend at this stage. I appreciated that he told me what he would do since so often doctors seem afraid to give you a recommendation.
Knew what was wrong with my hand and presented the available options.
Everybody was happy, smiling, fast, and efficient.
