This was a post-op visit. All went well.
Short wait time. Not too crowded. Clean. Courteous staff.
Dr. To was efficient, timely, confident and easy going. Many people had recommended him and I could see why. Scheduled surgery for carpal tunnel and look forward to a good outcome.

Very punctual, kind and thorough with the information. Also gave direction as to what happens next.
Dr. To is always professional but perhaps even better he is personable and puts me at ease while discussing the options for my treatment.
Dr. To was super busy but fit my 8 yo son in due to a basketball injury the night before and he was in pain. They had x ray and splinted him in office! Dr. To was professional, nice and knowledgeable. Reassured me my son was going to be ok.
Dr To is completely attentive to my needs and he is following me closely as I heal from surgery.
