Seen quickly. Appropriate X-rays taken and were reviewed. Diagnosis and treatment plan were provided immediately.
Dr. To is friendly, direct and competent in his assessment, he communicates well and listens carefully to the patient’s feedback.In my two visits with him over the last three years I felt that I was been dealing with an excellent clinician that I have recommended to many friends that were equally impressed with him.
