All staff were friendly and communicative.
Did not meet the doctor. The PA I met was very polite, but there was no new new information about my injury. No reason to see a doctor.
Dr. To was on-time for my appointment today, very knowledgeable, offered conservative, non-surgical options. He explained everything and answered all my questions (I had a lot).
