Dr. To is always professional but perhaps even better he is personable and puts me at ease while discussing the options for my treatment.
Dr. To was super busy but fit my 8 yo son in due to a basketball injury the night before and he was in pain. They had x ray and splinted him in office! Dr. To was professional, nice and knowledgeable. Reassured me my son was going to be ok.
Dr To is completely attentive to my needs and he is following me closely as I heal from surgery.

From the check in to check out all friendly and efficient. Dr To’s PA explained everything and his surgery scheduler Michelle was very helpful and accommodating. I feel very comfortable that Dr To will restore me back to daily pain free living
Dr. To is very approachable, and he made me feel like I was listened to and was open to conversation. He is also very efficient !
He was very informative, gentle, and calming. Answered all my questions, and I was very pleased with his “bedside manner”.
