From the check in to check out all friendly and efficient. Dr To’s PA explained everything and his surgery scheduler Michelle was very helpful and accommodating. I feel very comfortable that Dr To will restore me back to daily pain free living
Dr. To is very approachable, and he made me feel like I was listened to and was open to conversation. He is also very efficient !
He was very informative, gentle, and calming. Answered all my questions, and I was very pleased with his “bedside manner”.

Dr. To has taken the time to explain every step of the process, from diagnosis, to surgery, to resuts, and to post surgery follow ups.
My issue turned out to be an easy diagnosis for a wound to a finger. He answered about 6 questions I had, not all related to the injury. I was very impressed.
I waited 30 minutes and then saw his PA (I think). Never actually met him so not sure if I would recommend going to him or not. The PA and the nurse were great and I was in and out in no time once I got back there. Overall not a terrible experience but also not the best.
Dr. To is very friendly and an excellent diagnostic doctor. I have seen him many times and he has always helped me. He has an excellent bedside manner.
