I pride myself on being honest and listening to the patient. Too often physicians do not listen to their patients. Istriveevery day to be a better listener and physician. Also, I treat everyone based on the principle "to do no harm". I think of my patients as a family members andtreat them asI would want my loved ones treated. Moreover, Ibelievethe patient should bea keyplayer in deciding the treatment plan. Medicine is a team effort that needs clear communication. Most importantly, I will always be available for my patients... read more

We really liked Dr. To from the moment we met him. He is very professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. He doesn't read the MRI and X-Ray reports as he doesn't want to rely on Radiologists' opinion, but instead looks at the images firsthand on the CDs and discusses what he sees with you. We felt our questions and concerns were answered.
Altho there’s a long wait after your scheduled appointment time, once you see Dr. To he gives you his full attention and you never feel rushed.
Complete knowledge regarding hand issues.
Dr. To was very knowledgeable, informative, and gets to the point.
I have had several surgeries with Dr To. He has always been efficient and professional. Hopefully this is my last surgery. I feel fine, but I need to see him again then I need to see him again.
Dr. To and his staff were very kind and helpful in explaining the potential solutions to my problem. The whole experience was a positive one.
Fast, He is very on target which is good but came across very cold and non-caring. I felt as though my age had dictated the outcome and he never referred to what he saw on x-ray if he looked at it, and no ultrasound was done. I felt very much a quick number in the que. The consensus he gave me was cortisone injections every three months.
Ease of check in, person centered care, ease of check out. Clean, warm, plenty of seating available. They were very quick and stayed true to the appointment time. The MA, and radiology tech and Dr. To we’re amazing. I assume the man with the computer that came in was a scribe? Would have been nice to know who he was and his purpose in the care room. Being in healthcare I assumed that was his role.
First time to the point I like it
