I think Dr To is an extremely skilled surgeon. The procedure he did on me was quite difficult. And he did a good job. The rehab and post care was not what I had expected. When I had questions regarding rehab or other various questions, he seemed to get agitated. At my last visit, he angrily told me I did not need to continue rehab or to come back ever.
