I have been Dr. To's patient for many years. He always pinpoints each problem or issue, addresses every situation, and resolves the problem quickly and accurately. He has a caring personality and sincere compassion for his patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
