Best doctor I’ve ever had surgery done by
I have been Dr. To's patient for many years. He always pinpoints each problem or issue, addresses every situation, and resolves the problem quickly and accurately. He has a caring personality and sincere compassion for his patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
Even though the office was busy. He saw me in a timely manner, was very kind and friendly. Gave me an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan that was helpful for my situation. Thank you.
