I pride myself on being honest and listening to the patient. Too often physicians do not listen to their patients. Istriveevery day to be a better listener and physician. Also, I treat everyone based on the principle "to do no harm". I think of my patients as a family members andtreat them asI would want my loved ones treated. Moreover, Ibelievethe patient should bea keyplayer in deciding the treatment plan. Medicine is a team effort that needs clear communication. Most importantly, I will always be available for my patients... read more

I saw his PA, Taylor, at first after I fell. Urgent care had told me I had a broken finger and what appeared to be a wrist sprain but should follow through with an orthopedic doctor. Taylor was completely dismissive of my injury and said not to splint or wear a wrist brace. When I came back a few weeks later for a follow up, she had Dr, To come in and look at my finger and wrist. He was rude and arrogant and didn’t listen to anything I had to say but insisted I need to bend my finger forward because no pain no gain. He would... read more
If you're looking for an experienced and compassionate doctor you're at the right place. Dr. To explains things in easy to understand language. He's a pleasure to work with and gets it right every time. I've seen him on 2 separate occasions and have been disappointed!
Friendly, professional, top shelf crew!
Dismissing, did not want to hear my concerns
Ease of appointment
I found him to be rude, as he didn't even introduce himself when he entered the room. Very matter-of-fact, in a hurry, and gave no offer for questions. I got a cold and uncaring vibe. I do not recommend him, however, my husband only had a broken finger and no surgery was necessary. Can't speak to his expertise with surgery, but we will definitely find someone else should we ever need surgery of the hand.
Outside of the difficulty in finding the building, everything went well. Th staff member at check-in was extremely helpful and courteous. Dr. To gave me a full explanation of my condition, and what the alternative treatments could be. I highly value being completely informed.
Slight delay in being seen. Seemed in a hurry once in exam room.
Very timely Dr. appointment. A very pleasant surprise
