This physician is not nearly as skilled as noted online. He actually took my family member to surgery to remove a foreign body and couldn't find it. Thankfully, another physician without the arrogance and hubris of Dr. To took care of the problem. There are plenty of hand surgeons in the community and do yourself a favor and avoid Dr. To.
He diagnosed my issue is seconds and then treated it. He is very sharp, personable and explains the concern clearly.
Quickly Diagnosed my golfer elbow and presented solutions. Very pleasant. Pleased they do their X-rays on site.
Dr was great and assuring that has seen and treated similar injury. First Dr I have seen that went right to the source of my pain with a solution to get me golfing again!
The staff texted to say Dr To was running late because of surgery. I was able to see him within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Very efficient - X-rays done quickly and visit went smoothly.
I was very comfortable with all his team and plan to have him do the procedure
Dr. To examined my hand and quickly diagnosed my problem. He gave me a shot in the palm and said you’ll be better in 5 days and he was right.

He is an honest caring doctor. His staff is always pleasant. The therapy staff are awesome. Would recommend him highly
