I know Dr. To is a competent doctor but he was very rushed and didn’t want to entertain my questions.
Dr. To has always been very pleasant, informative, and professional. I had a few appointments regarding thumb arthritis and he has always made sure all my questions were answered and explained all procedures to me that would or could help. I would highly recommend.
Dr. To. His bedside manner is horrible. I broke my wrist and can’t move my fingers. He determined that I have CRPS. He yelled and told me I was mental; it was all in my head and that I would never move my hand again. He kept telling me to move my fingers. I tried to explain how bad my hand/fingers hurt and he yelled that he didn’t want to hear it. This happened at all three of my visits. His actions have left me demoralized with not much hope. Dr. To provided timely and comprehensive diagnosis for my condition and provided immediate remediation and longer term options. He was completely professional and listened to my description of pain and discomfort. I would highly recommend him to others seeking a hand specialist.
