Everyone I encountered in the office was friendly and professional, especially Dr To. He listened to me and answered my questions. He carefully explained the procedure I’ll have and never seemed to be in a rush to leave the room. His attitude and manner relieved my prior anxiety about my situation. The whole experience was very pleasant.
Over an hour late had no time to look at my condition. Send in a nurse, then a p a to see if he really needed to see me. Offered no prognosis, no direction for treatment. Not exactly a reassuring visit.
Dr. To is friendly, knowledgeable, and to the point. He's confident in his manner and genuinely interested in making you better. Second hand issue I have seen him for and very happy with the results.
My hand surgeries were well done and practically painless with incisions that coordinate with the creases in my hands. What I was impressed with was how quickly he answered my question about a separate matter that was missed by my previous hand specialist who dismissed me without comment when his surgery failed to help the problem I was having.I am so glad I found Dr. To.

Wait time was minimal. Dr To explained injury and treatment options and completed the treatment we agreed upon. Appointment was flawless.
I've been treated by Dr. To previously and even though I had to drive a little ways away, he is definitely worth the drive. He listened to my concerns and explained possible solutions. He is very caring and patient.
Was seen promptly by Dr To and his Assistants. He quickly diagnosed by condition and pointed out some of my hand muscle issues. I elected to be treated with shots initially in both hands that appear to be effective in the short term. I will be returning for surgery and or additional treatments as I have great confidence in Dr To
Dr To is an excellent hand surgeon. I am so pleased with the trigger finger surgery on my left hand that I will schedule a separate surgery for carpal tunnel on my right hand.
