Felt uneasy about the visit and fearful of surgery, before meeting Doctor To. However, he came into the office very happy and congenial and got right down to business helping with my hand problem, reviewed the X-rays and determined no surgery. Doctor To is a nice young doctor who knows his profession well and will put you to ease.
Dr. To was very personable during my exam and explained my problem thoroughly and understandably. He was careful to be sure I understood the treatment options and how he would take care of the issue.
Dr. To was professional, compassionate and communicated exceptionally well while talking to a teenager and even took the time to allow a phone call with Dad to explain the surgical and recovery process. Dr. to answered questions and made recommendations relating to the injury. More impressive, the outcome is exactly as he said it would be. He is a blessing!
Staff was nice friendly and professional. Dr. To is personable and was definitely concerned about my swollen arm.
