Dr. To was very personable during my exam and explained my problem thoroughly and understandably. He was careful to be sure I understood the treatment options and how he would take care of the issue.
Dr. To was professional, compassionate and communicated exceptionally well while talking to a teenager and even took the time to allow a phone call with Dad to explain the surgical and recovery process. Dr. to answered questions and made recommendations relating to the injury. More impressive, the outcome is exactly as he said it would be. He is a blessing!
Staff was nice friendly and professional. Dr. To is personable and was definitely concerned about my swollen arm.

This man is the most kind, caring considerate person and doctor I have had the pleasure of interacting with. He takes his time listens to what you have to say, explains all your options. Staff is wonderful, friendly and efficient, office was clean and bright. My wait was less than five minutes after check-in before I was taken back to a room. If you have hand issue this is the doctor to see!
I hadn’t had a decent night of sleep for years because of carpal tunnel pain. Holding cups was becoming a problem. Typing sent shock waves from my hands to my elbows. Dr. To fixed all that. He did surgery on both of my hands at once. The whole thing was much easier than I had expected, and for the past two weeks I’ve been able to sleep. He’s friendly and clearly very good with the procedure. Life already is markably better, and I expect to be fully recovered in weeks or months. Two painless thumbs up.
