Roger called and notified me that he would be arriving before the quoted time, which is always welcome news when facing a plumbing issue. Roger was very professional and very knowledgeable. We absolutely think the world of Roger S.. We needed a leak fixed (that was reported by a home inspection). Roger tried and tried to find it, but couldn't. He went out of his way to try to figure it out! His customer service is AWESOME!! Thank you, Roger!!
Roger and his crew are awesome! Most of my sewer line had to be replaced, and they went over and beyond to get it done. They never left a mess, cleaned up after themselves, played detective to locate the line, and put in extra hours to finish up. Roger always explained what the plan was, what was being done, and treated me extra kindly because I had just lost my spouse. I felt completely ripped off. I would never call Peterson Plumbing again.
Roger and the team at Peterson Plumbing have done a great job of taking care of our plumbing needs and providing efficient and curteous service.
Darren was able to come to my house within 30 minutes after I called. He knew what the problem was with my boiler right away and was able to explain it to me. He gave me a written estimate and was able to finish the job in about 20 minutes or so. I'm very pleased with his knowledge and customer service skills. I highly recommend Peterson Plumbing,Heating and Air Conditioning.
Middle of January and it was freezing!!!! Peterson's tech came to the house in less than 45 minutes and got our heater going again!!! Thanks Robin and your staff!!!!
