Chad from Peterson Plumbing was very helpful and polite. He repaired a shower valve that came loose this morning. I called the emergency service at 6:30 and he was here by 8:45. Great service and a good price too!
ThThe people at Peterson Plumbing were all very professional. Our waterline broke on a Saturday Chad was at our house Sunday morning. He was very helpful and knew what he was doing. He had us approved for financing by Monday morning.,and we had water by Tuesday afternoon. Best service in town, good job Peterson Plumbing.
Rodger solved a very difficult plumbing problem today. After trying several ideas about why we didn't have hot water, he realized it was a combination of a failed pressure control valve and excessive city water pressure forcing cold war back though out hot water tank. Great detective work. Thanks to Roger, we have hot water tonight.
Roger went above and beyond. We live in a Victorian style house, making a cooler startup difficult. He did the job very professionally. I will request his services in the future.
