RecommendedMy whole experience with Peterson was stellar. The staff was responsive, Zach and Bob who installed both my heating and cooling system as well as some updates to my plumbing were amazing! Robin buy those guys lunch! They were polite, respectful, took care and pride in what they did. all the vans should be pink though!!! Their magnet has an honored place on my refrigerator for future needs.
Its pricey and they present like used car dealers.
This is the second time using Peterson Plumbing. First time was a year ago for toilet install which was well done. When I discovered a kitchen sink/disposal leak JR came out and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. I opted to have him clean a flange and reinstall the existing unit which was not warranted rather than have a new unit installed. He did a good job of clean-up and gave me two cost options for new disposals if unit leaks again.
JR from Petersen came to look at my water heater that was not heating water to a desirable temperature -luke warm baths.😕 Unfortunately the install was improperly done and not by professional . JR worked up a quote to fix the problem ( hoping installer will rectify mistake) When I asked what I owe for service call JR said no charge now that was a “ nice” surprise !! Thanks JR
JR and Cody got our water heater back up and running in no time. While they were here they also rebuilt our outside faucet. Very professional and knowledgeable! 😀
JR was awesome he fixed our kitchen drain problem. Answered all my questions and recommended a permanent fix for us. Highly recommend Peterson & JR.
Great service from the moment the technicians showed up and put booties on to protect our home until the job was finished and everything explained in great detail! Greatly appreciate their service!!
